Raindrops keep fallin' on my head.

Texas Gov. Perry publicly prayed for rain.
For days there was no rain in Texas.
Then Gov. Perry announced his candidacy for president.
That same day there was rain in Texas.

Sounds to me like a deal was made down there.

    Does "down there" mean Texas or Hell?
